• MEETING LOCATION SEARCH -- Looking for a place to meet all together can be a daunting task.  You may need to call around or visit a few places to see what is right for your group.  Be sure to record important information here so you don't lose track.

• PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS -- For those who may have contacted you and expressed interest in your club, keep their information so that you can keep them up to date.
• ACTIVITIES CALENDAR -- Use this blank Calendar page to plan your club's events, meetings, and activities.  You can type in the information each month and then email it to your members.
• SIGN IN SHEET -- It helps to know which members are actually attending your events and activities.  It is especially useful when you have guests that you would like to acquire information for future use.
• TREASURY REGISTER -- If you collect dues, this page will be helpful to keep track of who paid and how much you have.  Use it to show your expenses as well.  Use it just like a Checkbook Register.
