Making goals for yourself may seem like something that doesn't fit in the current plan of the family. But you would be surprised at how much better you may feel when you focus your energies and direction. Your life may revolve around taking care of others or you may feel completely focused on furthering your career, but stop for a moment and think about what you want out of life. Write it down and strive to take every opportunity to make your dreams come true!
