Because August is the only month without a major or national holiday, you can concentrate on getting the most out of what is left of summer and preparing yourself and your children for the upcoming school year.  Take care August Calendarto enjoy the casual pace of the what is left of the summer, but be sure to load up your August calendar with lots of end-of-summer activities, back to school shopping trips, Doctor and Dentist appointments, school open houses, even a back to school party with family and friends.
