Summer usually provides plenty of opportunities to get outside and get moving, but once the kids start off to school, it is easy to find excuses not to squeeze in some exercise each day. 

"To Your Health" is the theme for The L.I.S.T. this September.  With turkey and pie-binging days ahead of us and months of snowy inactivity, now is the time to get back to healthy habits.

christmasYep!  Today there is 108 days to Christmas.  It is going to be here before we know it, which is why a new blog, "100 Days to Christmas" is launching on September 16 - exactly 100 days before Christmas!  You'll want to visit everyday to help find inspiration to start planning and getting organized early and  motivation to plug away in the midst of the holiday season.
