  • One of my goals is to learn from the adversities I have faced and develop more hope for change and improvements. My action for this goal is to read about and study hope in books and websites and to begin a gratitude journal.

  • I loved the Christmas book and I’m planning now to make 2015 my best year yet with the 100 Days of a New Year 2015 eBook. One of my goals is to drink more water. I am also starting a gratitude journal to write down one blessing from every day of the year and I want to exercise and eat healthy.

  • I chose the word "relationships" as my 2015 word of the year. I hope to focus more on making personal connections with people.
I am subscribed to your newsletter.
I follow you on Pinterest and pinned this post.

  • So many goals for 2015! My first goal is to eat at home more and eat out less. Also to seriously reduce excess spending in all possible ways! Love the lists!
