  • I love to use a heart shaped cookie cutter and cut slices of dark pumpernickel bread, coat the heart-shaped slices with a mixture of cream cheese and sour cream, sprinkle on some capers, top each one with pieces of smoked salmon and sprinkle on some fresh chopped dill. YUM! Goes great with champagne and a roaring fire!
